I am gobsmacked. 2 goals already?

Thing is, the First Division game I saw last year (Falkirk v. Airdrie) looked pretty decent in terms of quality... so perhaps our Graeme is having an Indian Summer up in Scotland...

That said, one thing I recalled, even about that game, was that the pace was a fair bit slower than the pace of matches darn sarf. So for Jones to be "looking slow", he must be practically running backwards...

P.S. Fankle... great word. No idea what it means, but I'll ask the missus...!

Quote[/b] (Colchester Shrimper @ Oct. 06 2005,22:02)]You are right. Roots Hall v Layer Road apart, Col******r as a town & area has more going for it than Southend - this is from someone who is/has lived in both places.
Absolutely - the town of Col******r is indeed nicer than Southend. Don't agree about the surrounding area though - there's as many dodgy areas of Col******r as there are in Southend.

You hear plenty of stories about the squaddies up there getting carried away and giving innocent people a good pasting as well.
