I've put in a request at work, as I suspected, close relatives only on compassionate grounds however they owe me an hour's overtime and adding on my lunch, it would give me, hopefully, enough time to get along for the funeral itself. No chance for the wake though unfortunately. I should find out today.

Unfortunately, that doesn't wash. I have done the sob story, explained that we were on Eggheads together and I often gave him lifts home after quizzes and stuff. Still waiting on a response. If I can't make it, there is a strong chance that Kev and my sister's ex, Nick (who often gave him lifts home from the station in the evening) may go but at the present time, I just don't know.

Do we know if it's the main chapel at the crem or the side one?
 
Hopefully there will be a full house, something H would have appreciated, as we hav'nt had one at the Hall for some time!

I didn't think I would be able to attend because of business needs but a fellow Zoner is doing all my work Friday so I can attend.
