Is it actually worth doing if your team isn't likely to be able to compete at the next level? Presumably my 40,000 loyal fans won't be quite so loyal next season if I'm getting thumped every week.

It appears the V team that came down has been replaced meaning that I'm top dog in the league but I can't imagine my lax managerial style will be effective in V.

Looking at your ratings you are going to have to bend over and take it in V. Only promote if you intend on improving the team.

Im in a similar kind of predicament at the moment, i am currently p6 w6 and have beaten the 2 sides that are better than mine so far, if i go unbeaten will i auto promote? or will i have a play off?.
I am in a very weak league and dont have much money to strenghten if i promote.

If you win all your games you'll almost certainly auto promote.

If they're that bad they'd probably lose the play off anyway.
