There is no German word for "fluffy". They do, however, have the word "Schadenfreude", which literally means "shame-joy" and is used to mean the malicious pleasure at someone else's misfortune.
You can draw your own conclusions as to what that says about the Germans.

An urban myth, I'm afraid, Matt. The words flaumig, kuschelig and duftig can all be used to mean fluffy depending on the context.
