Legal action against Parkinson

Just heard that Col******r are taking legal action anganst Parkinson

If they win they will have one motivated manager...NOT

If they lose then they will probably get some compensation.

What is he worth?............answers here please!

Even if he loses the legal action he will insist that his lawyer was at least as good as the clubs, no.... actually better than the clubs.

Well if the same scenario had happened with Tilly we'd be wanting every single penny we could get in compensation. Just because it's Parky & he's not shown his best side to anyone with a SUFC bias doesn't mean ColU aren't right & just in trying to secure some form of compensation. Are they trying to get this off Hull City or Parky himself?

It might well be PIG they are pursuing for breach of contract as he still has one year to go (that'll be 6 months for good behaviour).

I agree with you Glasgow.......Col******r are right and we would do the same.

I think it will be the new club probably Hull that pay up.

BUT I do enjoy the thought of anti blues PIG having a stressful time

I heard from someone at the local BBC that they were expecting Hull to announce Parky as manager some time over the weekend/Monday with a compensation payment of about £100k being paid.

Perhaps Cull Ewe don't think that's enough which is why they're threatening the legal wrangle as they say it's only a "vain hope" he'll change his mind.
