Official Match Thread Leyton Orient vs Southend United - Leasing.com EFL Trophy

(Getting) pretty frustrated with Ron at the moment as this looks more an more like abandonment. Genuinely can't see that this is Bond's last chance saloon. If he's a dead man walking, which he surely is, then get him gone already and have someone else from the club just hold the reigns while we take care of the proper appointment. Not only is this madness... but it was ****ing predictable!

With the next game nearly two weeks away, why has he not picked his strongest side and gone balls out for redemption rather than this whimpering effort

Here’s what I can’t work out, we know we’re woeful at the back & we know we ship goals for fun.

So why not embrace it? Why not instil the confidence and mentality into the players, that if we concede 3 or 4, make sure you score 4 or 5.

Why persist in trying to keep a clean sheet, when we can see that there’s absolutely zero chance of that happening.

Now we are - as usual - chasing a game, only this time, relying on a young inexperienced kid who’s playing up front alone, to score us goals.

It’s just a ****ing mental tactic.
