Who will admit to remembering the iconic 60's - 70's dance steps to our goal celebration song and can anyone enlighten us on the step sequence ?

Have been unable to find on tinternet although their are some dance schools publicising teaching it.

If I remember correctly, you link arms, step forward and back in time to the music at the first slow bit and do little steps running forward to the quick bit. Turn round and do it all again.

But I could be completely wrong.

Oh Gawd! Wasn't it something like - (right foot) heel toe, heel toe, (left Foot) repeat, jump forward, jump forward, link arms and 3 steps forward?

Thinking back i know its not the dance but do you remember getting your laces taken out of your DMs, then walking to woolworth to get another set before meeting up on the seafront before out home games

Well my memories of this dance were something like two circles women on the inside blokes outside....you link arms round the back of the head and round the front !!! then its heel toe left heel toe right...jump forward...jump back...then three paces forward and you start again with a new partner untill eventually returning to your start position !!!

The March of The Mods was a tour in 1979 featuring. Secret Affair , Purple Hearts , Back to Zero and Squire and was at the Paddocks Canvey on August Bank Holiday Monday.
The london Lyceum gig also featured Madness, Selecter and the Mo-dettes

Now this rings a definite bell. Wonder if there is a diagram or video link anywhere ?

Have been unable to find on tinternet myself, seems like a closely guarded secret by the dance teaching schools
