Guys, Crewe looked good coming forward, but not so good at the back when put under pressure. They were lucky we didn't have our shooting boots on. Don't mess about, shoot low and very hard and expect the odd rebound.
Hally, cut in from the right and smash one in. Get some of those pin-point crosses in.
Freddy, you said you are a better player now, show us. Time you used those quick feet to create a chance for yourself or others. You need a lot more power on those shots from outside the box.
Bilel, don't get so frustrated, keep cool and concentrate. You are currently our best finisher. Get in the box more just like you did against Barnet, and you will score.
Michael T. You are like an extra striker when you ghost into the box unnoticed. You are getting so close to scoring lately. Wednesday is the perfect time.

After reading what you guys wrote to the players, I run out of idea what to say .... only thing I can say, I am proud of what u all did this season, on Wednesday all I can ask of you, give everything you have in your tanker, even if Crewe score first, and maybe make it 2-0 or 3-0 up on agg. Please don't let your head drop, keep attacking them and "go for it" all we ask from you is to get many shots at Phillip in Crewe goal and make sure its on Target!! Don't start the game slowly, just start the game quicker and get at Crewe then we will get behind you 100%.
Its only half time at 1-0 down from 1st leg, only different, that you all got 90 minute to put thing right and play like you did in your last 4 home game.
