Has anyone switched Mortgage recently?

My reduced rate with Northern Rock is about to expire and I am looking for any decent deals that may be worth switching to.

If its below 75% LTV then the best fixed you are going to get at the moment mate is 5.34% with Abbey - Free Valuation and Free Legal Work.

I am of course assuming here that altough you are mad you have good credit.

If your above 75% various depending what stage you are at.

If you want go direct rather that us a fellow poster Halifax are maybe the way ahead for you as they have 5.39% on general release for 2 years fixed.

Be quick as all rates being withdrawn this week as BOE went up last week.
