Mr B's 620m Coastal Walk - Cancer Research UK

Thank ladies and gents. Obviously gutted not to finish but as Tinks says, if I'd pushed myself anymore it would probably only have got worse. Feeling better now after a couple of days of complete rest, though i'm still aching all over and feeling pretty drained! After 18 months of training I'm looking forward to getting my normal life back. Hell, I might even get to a Southend game! Not that I appear to have been missing much in the way of entertainment....
What a great achievment well done on the thought of going to a game wait to you have totally recovered you dont want a relapse :'(

Well done Mr B, although you didnt quite get there a great achievement. Im still expecting a lap of honour.

B ... Wimbledon game on Tues 4th Sept is only a fiver so come to that and we can have a drink or two beforehand in the Spread!

Well done mate, fantastic achievement that very few people would even imagine doing let alone do it.

I'm sure DDV's are pleased you will get your "life" back. They are suffering heavily at the moment without your personal backing
