Any sponsor / brand that you would be ashamed to be seen endorsing on a t shirt should be by definition naff.

hence - my definition of good sponsors would go something like this, but this is subjective

Stella Artois, Staropramen, Strongbow etc, Puma, adidas, Audi, Pepsi, Aston Martin, Vespa, razzle etc etc

Sad would include the likes of the following
Coca Cola, McDonalds, Betterview, Hyundai, trainspotters weekly, womans own, Farmstores, Tesco's value etc etc

I think VIAGRA would be a good sponsor and SUSCT members could get a 5% discount from the club shop.

Afterall our players never shoot!!!

We're more likely to get Aldi than Audi

or..

Bentley!

or...Bromide - means you can't score!

hahaha, some good ideas there, but....

last year, for our football team, we made a lot of joke enquiries like asking to join the football league, trying to sign Finidi George, asking for planning permission on Southsea Common and, notably, gaining sponsorship.

One of our lads, in, what i reckon was a moment of genius, sent a letter to Claims Direct asking for sponsorship on the basis that their 'No win, no fee' slogan was remarkably appropriate!!
