Good news this, as the latter two should pop again before the season's out. Form drops are a worry before the first game, but hopefully my opponents have suffered too.

What should he go for? 1m?

Loz, did you get yourself a W/K trainee, as Mrs BB's Yp this week was Comp Stamina, Medicore Bat/ Conc / WK.

Could also fit in for ORM...

All pops on schedule. Saj finishes his bowling training, a few weeks batting to go then he's finished entirely. Decided to keep training Mushie to wonderful on that basis that he's been pretty rubbish at quality so clearly needs more than just remarkable under his belt. Cunningham looks just peachy at the moment. Must train his stamina at some point though!

I'd take Saj onto one more bowling level if I were you, Mr.B, as he's one you'll want to keep for a good while I'd imagine.

I would do but my batting desperately needs to be addressed so nets are piling into Cunningham and Mcconnell instead. It's rather poor that having just turned 18, Cunningham is my joint 3rd best batsman!!

Ultimately Saj will be my 5th bowler and I would hope that Remarkable would be enough to sustain me in III and even II if I got there.

Remarkable 5th bowler, (BB shuffles away, quietly sobbing to himself)

I did say ultimately....

At the moment he's number 3 but Mushie will overtake him shortly and that leaves Botham who is only halfway to superb but eventually he'll be sold and replaced with a higher grade all rounder.

Quick question or 2

What do you think this guy is worth, up for 6m at the moment and has a bid

Seamus Lymbury (59307)
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A defensive player with respectable leadership skills and proficient experience.

Plays For: Changwon Sojuboys
Nationality: Australia
Age: 26 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 44,675
Wages: £12,308 p/w

Stamina: proficient Wicket Keeping: respectable
Batting: quality Concentration: proficient
Bowling: quality Consistency: strong
Fielding: woeful

Also does anyone have a spare 4.5m to bid on Tselane

Jack Tselane (801956)
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A steady player with respectable leadership skills and feeble experience.

Plays For: BATTY SHRIMPERS
Nationality: West Indies
Age: 20 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 29,769 (+172)
Wages: £9,728 p/w

Stamina: respectable Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: remarkable Concentration: proficient
Bowling: worthless Consistency: feeble
Fielding: respectable

He should go for about 5 to 5.5m so you wouldn't be stuck with him.....

Would love to have the money to bid but I'm about £1m short. Couldn't tell you about the other guy, so long since I bought a player I'm a bit out of touch with values!

I've only got £2million in the bank so cant, sorry. £6million is not bad considering it's £3million per primary, but at 26 how many seasons will you get? Whereas you could train up your own who, in 2-3 seasons, will be the same skill levels.

Depends on your nets situations, I guess. So, really, I haven't a clue if it's a good price :o

OK guys, not to worry. Thanks for trying though.

I've put him up for sale just to see if I get anything, and then if he doesn't reach a decent level, I'll buy him back.

I think if the other guy goes for 6m that's a pretty good price, you should get at least 4 seasons out of him, and by that time Schoeman, would have easily caught him up.

Gives me a good idea of what I can get for Botham when he hits superb bowling to go with his quality batting!

Might as well train him through to remarkable

Maqsood Neill - 20 yo, BT Rating=15,476
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, strong batting form, strong bowling form, sublime
A cautious player with proficient leadership skills and feeble experience.
Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: abysmal

My YP from last week,

Joseph Barnett - 17 yo, BT Rating=4,750

An attacking player with competent leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: woeful Wicket Keeping: competent
Batting: respectable Concentration: woeful
Bowling: abysmal Consistency: worthless
Fielding: feeble

and my new YP, one for any new teams, looks close to popping to comp bowling.

Iwan Dodge (1281266)
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, respectable batting form, respectable bowling form, fresh
A cautious player with feeble leadership skills and worthless experience.

Plays For: Southend United
Nationality: England
Age: 17 Years Old

Wages: £434 p/w

Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: worthless Concentration: feeble
Bowling: mediocre Consistency: competent
Fielding: feeble

Gives me a good idea of what I can get for Botham when he hits superb bowling to go with his quality batting!

I'd say £4.5-6 million, as his bowling is worse than batting. Cant be sure, though - I doubt there are many players like that about.
