We had Woodrow...No thank's
We have Barney.....Jury still out

Step forward Mr Loza a young hungry untried youngster with pace to burn who just may of turned it round for Phil and us.

Wonderful debut which had everything.

At last the prem have loaned us something special.

Honourable mentions to Sokolik and Eagan too. Who have both been class since coming in and have clicked straight away at CB.

May HAVE saved us.....

Think you have been consistently overly harsh on Woodrow.

Agreed,

Those 2 look a class above very assured and comfortable with or without the ball..Excellent stuff .

As said on the other thread he was found by the chief scout and also the two defenders we currently have. That's some going as all 3 are very good. plus there was Kiernan earlier in the season.

We have done very well in the loan market for the whole of this year despite some bad luck with injuries.

Why ignore all the other ones ?

Just my opinion,

Woodrow has scored 4 in what 26 appearances?,Even worse if you deduct his brace in the JPT .

I hope it works out for him I really do yet here it never worked for him or us.

How many Prem games have these guys played?
My guess is probably less than 10 in total and that includes Cauley, and not playing sub appearances.
In most sports a player will improve when he/she plays or trains regularly with others of a higher skill factor, better facilities and specialist coaching; however any real sports person would want to be playing competitive games that have some meaning and for these young players coming to us at this time could be the making of them, as it was for Britt.
if they return to their clubs having had a positive experience it may help us getting other impressive lads in the future.
Good for us and good for them.
if we could get another thousand or more on the gates then maybe we could afford to keep one or more of them!

How many of those games did he start, how many of those games did he play out of position on the wing, and how many times did he play with poor service to him? He never really got a chance to properly show what he could do for us. Just drop the Woodrow thing, he hasn't played for us for a couple of months now why must you persist to criticise him?

Because its what she does, not often mrs blue has something nice to say about our players or manager

the abuse of him at the time was moronic. anyone with half a half a brain could tell he had something about him. he read the game very well and linked up with others pretty well too. The goals would have come given a decent run in the team too.

It's fair to say that we didn't give him enough of a chance for him to really show what he can do.
