Breaking News Ron speaks

Campbell and his team have left with AB and Tilly coming in with immediate effect. There will be a clear out in january with heavy backing for the manager. Stadium close. We will stay up. Head and shoulders. For men.

I’m satisfied with that statement from Ron, he’s on the same page as Sol and the cryptic Insta probably refers to some difficult conversations behind the scenes with one or two players (probably more like ten!) with whom patience has run out. Good. Whoever those players are I wouldn’t wait for January they can sod off now pending a financial settlement.

I really can’t see us signing 6 players in Jan. That would be a Southend United record surely?

If Sol does walk, he has previous for not lasting long if it doesn't look right.

I can’t see how him leaving is ‘succeeding’, but who knows? It’s a bit of a weird post to be honest

Perhaps he means a big clear out of players ? Who knows. Perhaps he just means abandoning his preferred style of playing out from the back (hopefully).
