Barry Corr wasn't training with the full squad this morning. he was doing his own workout with a trainer/physio, a rope and a pole (no eastern european jokes please). Does anyone know why. Injured already?

I'm guessing he's doing this:

http://www.mensfitness.com/training/revive-your-routine-with-heavy-rope-training

"Originally developed for specific combat sports such as football and Mixed Martial Arts, heavy rope training (or rope battling) is making it mainstream. If you’re looking for highly effective, back-to-basics type of conditioning that brings a new twist to your fitness routine, this is it.

Along with increasing your strength, power and endurance, the constant motion of rope battling will floor you with a muscle-toning, metabolic workout unlike any other. You’ll be shocked at how fast a few quick whips can get you to your maximum heart rate."

Wouldn't read too much into it i.e. injury. Just gives a good whole body workout to improve stamina, core and strength. Could all be part of Brown's plan to turn him into a big strong, even more commanding target man!

i think he was just getting the clubs meet the blues day tug of war contest ready .... at one end we have Ben Clarkson , Brian Dear and Dave Jobson , at the other end Freddy Eastwood .... looks to be a close match up

probably doing that to avoid injury, we know corr has knee and back issues, if he felt a twinge he may have asked for a less stressful workout

Could well also be that there is only 1 set of equipment for it, and so the players break off individually during sessions to do it.
