Not being played in any first team or reserve team matches for starters.
That hasn't happened to either player though. Both Spencer and Paterson have had game time and have had the Club's help to try to find football elsewhere once it became clear that the manager didn't fancy them. No one in the squad has any right to be playing matches.

How is that being mistreated ?
You have to earn your place in the team.
Theres thousands of players in the leagues being mistreated if not being picked is mistreatment.
