Breaking News Season Tickets - now on sale

I have no issue with the 5% price increase, and I have no issue with the under 8’s now being £23 instead of free. I had two of those last season.

However, I sincerely hope the club looks at direct debits or a “Klarna” style system for paying for season tickets.

Thankfully I am able to use the emergency services discount, however I currently don’t have the money to buy three season tickets again. I have a mates stag at the end of the month, and I don’t have the spare cash.

Direct debits aren’t an issue. However, if I want to do what I did last season, it’s a lot more money for me. Last season I paid £190 for my ticket, and my boys were free. It’s now & £308, £118 difference.

Even under RM, when we were desperate for money, we still had the option of DD, however we don’t have this option now, which is disappointing to say the least.

With my shift pattern, and without using annual leave or getting shifts covered, I’d have made less than half of the games. Season tickets don’t make financial sense in my case, but I still like to get mine.

Just looked on my account and Ben (son) moved from W block to the NB. His account shows his seat in the NB but he wants to move it to a different row in the NB. How do we do this?

I wonder if the SAB or the Trust is onto this? It might get a few more renewing/purchasing new season tickets.

SALE PERIODS

Season tickets will go on sale to all supporters at 4pm today.

The seats of existing season ticket holders will be reserved until Tuesday, July 1.

On July 2, season tickets will be taken off sale for 48 hours to commence a seat swap period, allowing 2025/26 season ticket holders to move into previously reserved seats, before all seats go back on general sale on July 4.

10 June - 1 July: Season Tickets on sale and 24/25 STH seats reserved
2 July: Season tickets off sale for 48 hours during movers period
4 July: Season tickets return to general sale

I understand the ticket pricing and the costs involved in running the club, but £25 to watch a National League game as a non-season ticket holder… Steep in my eyes.

The season ticket pricing for 17-22 year olds looks great to catch younger fans though.

As has been mentioned before it would be good if the club got a signing or two done before 1st July that indicated some of this is also going towards investment in the team? Actually the statement was conspicuous in not mentioning that cost/investment at all? A marketing opportunity overlooked as tying a price rise to an improved product is marketing 101..? Or used to be…

That said I shall be renewing my ST even if I struggle to make any midweek games. Can’t wait…

Certainly not cheap but a similar increase to the season ticket prices

It is divisive, but the only thing I disagree with is the discount for Emergency Services. I believe COSU are being very generous with this substantial discount considering there are no doubt many hard working fans that do not earn near what Emergency Service workers earn and play an equally important role in society. Overall, no complaints with my increase but can understand others maybe feeling that pinch a bit more may not be so pleased. Very interesting to see the cost of maintaining/running Roots Hall for a year.

I completely disagree with you on the part of the emergency services discount. I also disagree with the part that you believe the emergency services earn a good amount as if you compare it to a city bod that works from home 3 days a week earning over 60k a year working on insurance or finance and then a paramedic or police officer that’s saving people’s lives earning half of that there’s no comparison on who should really be earning more. You also wouldn’t be calling a truck driver or supermarket worker in an emergency!

Not to say that the above people don’t play a vital part in society but they wouldn’t be tackling the same issues that those in the emergency services do and for that I think the discount that they do have is well earned!
