Matt in the Echo he said he doubled his money by going to Hull, which just shows you need to take decisions for the long term. Personally I can't think of any midfielder in recent memoy who scored as many goals from midfield as he did. Technically he was a very good player. One of the few kids I saw play locally (he was/is the same age as my eldest) who obviously had it. I think his dad was the coach of Corringham Boys. I think I was always a member of the DLAS
