Graham Westley...the manager who calls his whole team over (including the 'keeper), when play is stopped, usually when someone is injured.

He did this in the 10-11 season, when we beat them 1-0. Remember it vividly. The ref eventually had to come over to the and tell Westley to stop talking...our injured player, not sure who, had already gone off for treatment and had come back on.
