Southend United's Ticket Office is currently experiencing problems with their telephone system.

The issue is only affecting the Box Office (08444 77 00 77) and not the Main Club numbers.

Fans phoning the Box Office will not be able to get through and are advised to visit the Ticket Office in person, or to book online.

Technicians are working to resolve the issue and a further update will be posted once a fix is in place.

The Club wishes to apologise to supporters for any inconvenience caused.

Issues regarding the Ticket Office Telephones have now been resolved.

A problem this morning meant fans wishing to buy tickets over the phone were unable to get through.

However, a fix is now in place, although less lines than normal are currently operational, and supporters are advised waiting times will be slightly longer today.

A full and complete fix should be in place shortly.

The Club wishes to apologise to supporters for any inconvenience caused during this work.

Its market day tomorrow so I'm sure that the computers will blow up or something when a HGV drives past!
