I think it's GREAT that the ticket office has done so well in ensuring that existing season ticket holders lose their seats to new applicants, that others have money pulled out of their accounts twice for no reason at all, that the cards don't work and, best of all, that they refuse to give information about ... tickets! Well done!

To be fair, you do give the impression of having a personal grudge against the club. I understand they do c*ck things up a tad, but I have wondered if some of your statements in support of the unfortunate fans in question are maybe fueled by more than a desire for the club to maximise every possible income.

Having said that, I'm not getting much joy out of the sms service, though I understand thats a seperate company and not SUFc itself.
