another good ticket office manageress was Hayley gowers now Robertson. I dealt with her several times and was precise and reliable.

Going back a couple of seasons, there was a young girl named Allison who was also excellent at her job. Think she was assistant ticket office manager? Because she was so good, the club let her go as part of a cost cutting exercise. So typical Southend sadly. :thumbdown:
