I'm hoping Tilly will stay to finish off a great job but football is a fickle game and if it all goes wrong I've no doubt RM would (rightly) look to replace him.  

If Tilly does take the Norwich (or any other) job I wouldn't begrudge his ambition to test himself at a historically bigger and more successful club. His achievements as a player and manager are unsurpassed and he'll join a very limited SUFC Hall of Legends.
