It really was a superb turnout. I estamated 400 odd starting out from Pier Hill but sounds like I was way off the mark.

Great to bump into both Dave the Shrimper and Smithy, been far too long and it triggered some great memories from years gone by.

Due to a delayed bus journey I only managed to join from Vic Station (it had to be today no trains were running!)
The march along Vic Avenue was great though, a fantastic turn out and chanting all the way. We'll done to all involved in organising.

Very humbling experience. Felt very proud walking amongst such wonderful people from all generations. THIS is what football is all about. Not prawn sandwiches. Thought police were excellent too.

I joined at Vic Circus with Andy Thorne and a few dozen others so missed bumping into a lot of you guys i know.

A magnificent turn out by so many who really made their voices heard.

To be fair, my contact who owns the float, generator and handbuilt the rotating drum is a legend. And had the balls to lend it to me for a frickin football march !!

The organisers deserve all the plaudits. What a turn out. What a noise. Well done everybody for turning up. I was not expecting that, just as Paulie says, deffo nearer a 1000. When we got near East/West road it was mayhem.
