Only 17 of the 50 (not 57 Obama) US states have their largest city as the State capital. How many of the 17 can you name?

Clue: Minnesota is not one of the 17 - Minneapolis is the largest city and St Paul is the capital, and are technically separate cities despite being commonly grouped together.

I was sticking my neck out there, Helena being the only town in Montana I've even heard of. I'm starting to struggle a bit here...

Dover, Delaware?

Apparently Helena is not even one of the top three in Montana, and is beaten by the sprawling metropolitan areas of Missoula and Great Falls as well as Billings. Combined population of all four cities: 1246 and a German Shepherd called Clive. Delaware's biggest city is Wilmington.
