Uwe was at the game yesterday with his son making a few notes so Brentford unfortunately are not taking Tuesday's game lightly. We had a chat with him at half time and told him Southend were rubbish, I think he initially thought we were Bury fans, but he was n't having it and said we were a good strong side.

Anyway what a decent thoroughly genuine bloke who despite having his son with him chatted to us for a good 5 minutes.

He left 10 mins from the end so missed us almost sneaking it at the death.

UTB's!

He has done well at Brentford and it will be a hard game on Tuesday.Roesler was a handy player too back in the day.

Shrimper2thecore - Surely you are mistaken - I think you mean Brett - Brett Angell - he stopped playing some time ago. We do not have a pacy, exciting , free scoring , keen & talented, young player called Britt who together with a rejuvenated old guy called Tubbs are looking like world beaters (at our level anyway) & any Brentford fans or management should ignore any references to Britt unless it is followed by the word Ekland and any reference to Gavin unless followed by the words & Stacey.
