Watching ifollow on TV

The option to watch again has reappeared now for me, like with others, with about 10 mins gone. Clearly this new authentication they were doing was completely b0rked.

I have sent a strongly-worded complaint to both iShitshow and to SUFC. I mean, we're terrible but IShitshow make us look like Barcelona.
 
Just sent a complaint to the guys at the ticket office (who have been great to be fair) and ifollow - still sorting out Tuesdays mess.

Back on now, missed 14 minutes!
 
Try as I may, I can't find the correct email address of iFollow to allow me to request my 10 quid back for today's game. As an S/T holder I logged in and got the 'watch now' which worked and then I just buffered and buffered so I bought a match pass in desperation at 3.20pm and bugger me the picture returned. So, does anyone have the relevant email?

Good luck in your endeavours in getting a refund as I have mentioned earlier in this thread despite sending an email I have waited at least 2 weeks before I got an answer.My I suggest after sending the email you phone them on the number I mentioned earlier it may speed matters
