Seriously though have you tried the local college/uni photography dept? they are always looking for assignments for part of their courses and they are supervised whilst "out in the field".
A friend of mine used SEEVIC a few years back for her wedding catering/photography and dresses and all she had to pay for was materials. Worth a try

oK KIDS IVE GOT THIS COVERED,CAPS OFF,any local zoners on the day of the 2nd big day in Obl,s life go to the regi office and take pictures with their phones or cameras or in mad cyrils case just a quick stick person sketch.
Then you all post your great pictures on the zone in a wedding thread and the happy old couple can pick the best and save a wad of cash.
The upside is that you get to see kay in her garter (posed picture) but the big downside is that you get to see kay in her garter.
