What's the weather like in SOuthend?

Has benn P***ing down all morning in Wickford roads flooded etc.
What's it like in Southend?
Any chance it might be off??

The pitch can soak up a lot of water, but not sure how much more it can take.

Doubt it, seems to be showers on and off every hour or so where I am (eastwood). We havent had any rain really over the past 2 months so I doubt the pitch'll be flooded.

Different part of Eastwood to where I am obviously. Raining all morning.

Forecast is confident that rain will clear by mid afternoon.
