What are you having for lunch? (rolling thread)

Ooo, I'll have to try and speak to him.
New episodes of the surreal comedy series, created by Noel Fielding and Julian Barratt, haven't been broadcast since 2009, which prompted the former to fuel speculation of a reunion. “There really wasn’t enough Boosh this decade,” he wrote, adding: “Let’s try and rectify this"

Boosh has run its course.

Let's see some new, preferably not public school talent given a chance.

After a ;hill session' up & down Leigh Cliffs this morning, decided on something different to give me an energy boost.
So 2 sachets of Quaker porridge oats ( ones not enough for me! ), did the job!.
But fear not, back to Salmon ( inc skin ) on the skillet tomorrow!

Total change for me today, as 'other half' said a box of mushrooms needed to be eaten. So had mushrooms on toast, quite tasty.

Went out (unusually for a Friday ) for a menu del dia locally .Excellent Bacon n egg first course, followed by Solimillo (sirloin steak) and chips in roquefort sauce plus macedonia (mixed fruit salad) for dessert.

Spicy salami, spicy mortadella, spicy prosciutto, spicy ham with provolone cheese and a heap of salad on a crusty roll. Bloody beautiful even though I wound up with most of it down the front of myself. ?
