What have you watched on TV?

We've blitzed all episodes of After The Flood on ITVX. ITV are really upping their game in the Drama stakes and this one comes from the Happy Valley writers. Very watchable.

I got hooked towards the end of the first series and I'm really enjoying this new one so far. Essentially, it's a load of vacuous nonsense and the attempts at adding drama are ridiculous, yet it's strangely compelling.
I am bloody loving it.

I don't think it's vacuous. I'd save that word for the likes of Love Island.

This is reality TV, but not as we know it.

It's strategic and tense, with a a great format and good presentation, and sometimes gets me thinking.

It's not overkill either. Only 3 nights per week and knows how to leave you wanting more. And Claudia Winkleman, to her credit, does a great job as host.

I saw this fantastic docu. on the Channel 5 player "The Great Flood Of 1928"
