Question What is making you happy today?

Just received an email from British Airways. Our flights to Lisbon (we would have been away last weekend, and would have arrived back this morning) are being refunded.

You can't get through on the phone, and they've disabled the ability to request a refund on their website, but an email to customer services did the trick.

Cod fillet, smoked basa and salmon - never put prawns in as Kev's allergic. Used the last of the double Gloucester on top, it was bloomin' lovely!

Tooth is bearing up, thanks. Think it'll have to come out as it had a deep filling a couple of years ago.

Salmon has no business in a fish pie.

White and smoked white fish only.

Agree about salmon, however I have no problem with prawns being in there.
The salmon is instead of prawns as I can't use them as Kev is allergic. It works perfectly well in there as long as you don't over cook it before the potato goes on.

Home made fish pie for dinner, yum!

I made a home made fish pie on the weekend. White fish, smoked cod, prawns and scallops. Cooked the fish in the milk then made the sauce with the milk. Don’t put cheese anywhere near my fish pie.

Agree about salmon, shouldn’t be used in a fish pie.

Work on the Grand has been cracking on during the crisis. I can't see what they are currently doing from my house as they must be inside the building and scaffolding hides the view and I haven't been out for a while due to sickness. Roof and central chimney now demolished. I think they must be demolishing the whole inside so they can put the Steel frame in. Can't see any other way they can do it.
