Dyson guarantee. Our cordless vac battery was running hot when charging and only lasted 5 mins in use on high power. The guarantee had one month left of two years when I looked, so phone call to Dyson, had a chat, and we qualify for a replacement battery. It arrived to day and had I had to buy one it would have cost £85!!
