So as the title says really. Saturday will see our biggest crowd, and biggest selling program, a good opportunity to put accross a positive message to the fair weather fans..

The real winner will be a great performance on the pitch, but also I would like to see a comprehensive updates from Ron on the new ground personally..

The true location of the elusive war chest.

Or Rachel Riley. I'm easily pleased

How about a printed voucher, say collect two more programme vouchers from a home game, and get another game for £5 entry, or something along those lines.

You may then encourage 3 more games (and programmes) from people.

You shouldn't have to buy a programme for another £3 to get a cheap seat for another game.

Some kind of ticket incentive/discount to entice fans back again and soon - football over the festive period is great for family time and whilst we have these fans at the Hall, let's do what we can to get them back. We have two homes games at the start of the year, it's Pompey on New years day and Hartlepool a few days after so why not do a 2 tickets for the price of 1 special. Get's two bumper crowds that way!!!

Competitions for fans to enter and win tickets - once again, this get's better crowds and fans spending on food, drink, merchandise, programmes etc

This, Or advertise that there will be xx more home games around the Xmas/New Year at £5 entry together with the dates. Vouchers may put them off. Maybe introduce the vouchers later in the season?

An invitation from Ron to attend his home address for caviar and champagne followed by hunt the treasure chest in his vast garden.

Bottom line is a win and good performance on the pitch would be the best answer. Not everyone will buy a program so try to encourage fans back that way wont be seen by all. But, those that atend the game will watch the performance and either be encouraged and excited or put off returning for a few weeks. Also as a season ticket holder along with my son, i would prefer that the club doesn't do too many cheap games. On these days us ST dont receive any loyalty rewards. Maybe they should offer a free programme to ST holders when they do special rate games.

Try to ensure availability of burgers (with onions) + appropiate numbers of staff serving to keep the queues moving ...enough to feed all :high five:

Oh, and a guest appearance from Rachel Riley at half-time, with the Bluebelles :clap:just to prove all that "Strictly" time hasn't gone to waste!
