or given up. having multiple people in 1st position seems to defeat the objective of a queue!

I wonder if it splits you into queues for each phone, some of which aren't being answered...

Can't believe it the club just called me on my mobile whilst on the phone in queue so just bought my tickets as I emailed them last night explaining the problem with the phone system......good work. Tickets for away and home now got at last!!!!

As has been conveyed on here before. Sending an email to the club can produce results
 
I emailed sufc this morning and they phoned be back, bought tickets , lovely jubley :thumbsup:

I should have said that I told the girl from the ticket office about the phone problems and she said 'yeah think there must be a problem with the system'.......not sure if anything is being done to resolve it. Good luck to the rest of you holding on........you might want to email them instead asking for somebody to call you back?

I doubt it, they took 3 years to remove the announcement about the Millwall game, cant see them having support for their phone system.

People should definitely consider your suggestion and email.
