Sorry but as good as it sounds that is never going to work for such small numbers. At Wembley, for example, this kind of thing worked (are they 10 or 15 year season tickets) because the prices were sky high, but because it was Wembley people paid it. If someone was to pay 10-15 years up front for a season ticket at Southend you are looking at around £5000 per person. If only 1000 people took this up then thats only £50,000 up front, with no income from those people for 10-15 years, ticket wise. As for the costs of implementing a cost based on life, i'm sure this would be incredibly expensive to implement and not really worth it for the small numbers that would take up the offer.
I think your maths is out. £5,000 per person @ 1,000 people is £5,000,000.
