Work have given out little bottles of hand sanitisers. They're alchohol free. They're pointless. People will use them and think they're protected.

Yes. As usual, there's conflicting advice. All day yesterday and today they keep repeating to wash your hands with soap or a hand soap and warm water, or hand sanitisers. So that person at your work probably thought any hand sanitiser is fine to give out. But had they heard the advice from an expert a few days ago, they would have only handed out those hand sanitisers that contain alcohol.
These people on the radio and TV should all be singing from the same sheet. You can't have some saying any hand sanitiser, and the others saying it must contain alcohol, otherwise useless.

Bad news. And I'm sure it's the same for many in the holiday industry too.

I’m meant to be off to Malaga in 3 weeks for their game against Extremadura.

I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t slightly concerned.

Couple of Alhambra Gran Reservas should ward off any viruses though

Lol, there maybe something in that. Alcohol is banned so much that if anyone buys a bottle of wine for a leaving present it has to be hidden away.

Just wash your hands in a couple of alcoholic flaming Sambuca shots, then order a lot more and drink them to sterilise yourself internally as well.

Is that the one in green bottles? that could ward off the plague! An excellent beer, although normally found in Caminos which is less excellent...

Kev's getting people cancelling airport transfers because their holiday plans have been cancelled - big knock on effect financially for us sadly.

I'm off skiing next week in France. One of the lads who was due to join us has cancelled. He lives in Norway and has been banned from going by his work, which is office based.

That’s the kiddie. At a 6.4% proof, it needs to be respected & not guzzled, but is very refreshing.
