Had a bit of an "off" day today

I was there yesterday - entertaining game, really exciting last 15 minutes. But yes, Dan had a mare and was being targeted by the Reading fans who were giving him loads of stick.

Brentford fans seemed happy with how Luke Daniels played on their forum so he'll likely be benched Saturday as well. Bentley has a good attitude so hopefully this will encourage him to double his efforts in training to prove he should be starting.

It's always bad for goalies - one "oops" and it's a goal conceded.

Not surprised Dan has been taken out of the firing line. That's 3 goals in the last couple of weeks where he's been at fault. The two from the weekend were awful. I'm sure he'll come back fighting.

He needs to perform at a top level consistanly if he wants to “make it”. Unfortunately/fortunately for him he has great competition in Daniels to make him stay on his game, sure he will bounce back. It must be easier to motivate you than the situation that Oxley finds himself in with the “number 2” not even being considered good enough when he is the only pro keeper left at the club

Bentley wasn’t sold, his contract ran down and we only got money through tribunal

Tribunals love those types of clauses.

Tribunals almost always add sell on clauses - 15-20% is normal.
