Right, first of all no spoilers. We all agreed (and we're actually legally bound!) not to reveal the result of how we did but safe to say nobody let themselves down.

We were the second show of the day (they film 5!) and we had the pleasure of wishing Daphne a very happy birthday - I will reveal that Harry restrained himself from punching CJ however ;)

The show will probably aired in the summer (no date as yet), so when we get the date it'll posted on here first thing. Both Southend & the Zone got a good mention and we got some nice shots after filming.

They're all really nice and friendly to be honest. They all came over shook our hands, wished us well. Chris certainly is a character!

As Paul said they are really friendly, and do put you at ease. They came over for the introductions before the recording, sadly I was unable to shake CJ warmly by the throat.
