I hope he gets his career back on track be interesting to see how he fares in the future.

What an absolute idiot! Didnt sign for us! Couldn't get an english club, and now going to play in iceland!

Actually a bit sad for him. Gone from hero to zero in so many fans’ eyes. Don’t know what went on behind the scenes but hoped the new football department would’ve felt like a clean slate for him. All a bit confusing given the Instagram teaser he posted a while back.

Really hope he goes on to have a decent career. Always had a hell of a lot of time for him. Will never forget him looking like the only player who gave a **** during our bleakest time. Good luck Elvis ?

There’s a lot to be uncovered with this. I’ve seen comments saying he’s a “waste man”. I don’t believe that. Provably says a lot about the club in the last few years. It should quite rightly come to light! Good luck Elvis.

Imagine a year out of the game, when you've probably got 10-15 as an outfielder in your senior career.
He's sat out a minimum 10% of his profession, and for what? To move to Iceland?
To a team that last won their Championship in 1998, with an average 1,600 gate, and plays at the attached
Elvis has left the building, and his senses...

Expect he'll be back in English football come January. Setting his career back a year and a half at his age probably not the best thing he could have done though. Surprised his agency couldn't find him a Scottish club.
