Set up for a draw against top of the table Knights (our 2nd of 4 games in 4 weeks). 4 all rounders playing so batting to ten. Wondering what might have happened had we played our first choice bowling attack!

Well that plan didn't work, as the 2 jubs took a "Michelle" each and bowled them out for 40. So we've lost 75k in gate receipts, and killed 2 bats PFl in the process

Well that's pleasing to wake up to. 5 down already 4 for Blinkhorn who just keeps performing. I suspect the reverse fixture won't be so easy but this keeps me 17 points behind leader so promotion is still possible but unlikely. Just taken a closer look at top place. He is going for double promotion and PFL isnt the best. Also sold a couple of players so I'll see if he reinvests or is just short of funds. May be able to offer a non-contest to London Calling who is tied for top in OD in return for him doing it in FC. Feel better now

Wrapped up the innings win with 43rd 5fer for Blinkhorn. Determined to get him to 50. Bot tomorrow though not reset yet but still a chance to rest a couple of tired players for the return next week.
