Couldn't have worked out better for me. Ran through them second innings then scored just slowly enough to ensure some day 3 gate receipts!

Me 2nd at home to 1st. If I can take 2 quick wickets he doesn't bat deep. Seems 3rd place has cocked up bowling orders. May not pay too heavily for that. Hoping for record FC receipts. Damn, not quite but not far off.

could be a quick one

back on control.

My franchise won the toss and elected to bat.

At lunch we are 19/7.

Yes, nineteen whole runs in a session:Worthy::Worthy:

To put that in some sort of context, Delhi Daredevils have scored 19 runs in the first two overs of their IPL game - and that's before Capey gets into bat.

Now 19/8 off of 39 overs.

Epic.

Minor wobble but at 158-4 and a lead of 31 I'm in control. Still batting to come with a couple of them overdue a decent score. Targeting 280. Would like plenty of overs at them today (or tomorrow from your viewpoint)

Ended the day on 44/1 in reply to their 213ao. Declaration set for 280, as it's PC+H today and Sunny tomorrow, so I'd like to get a few overs at them in the dodgy weather.
