I have visited the Spread occasionally over the years but not in recent times as my young son is now a season ticket holder.
However, his Mother does'nt want him staying up late for the Coventry match when I will be taking a couple from New York to Roots Hall for the first time.
They were previously Man U fans but three years ago I persuaded them to support us and to their credit they have done so, the husband even wore our shirt when he went to the World Cup.
They like English pubs so thought I would bring them into the Spread so what time do I have to get there to be sure to get in ?
