On reading todays news about the new Initiative by the CPS

About dealing with football hooliganism online and at matches i have some concerns.

I don't condone Racism,Homophobia,or Violence it has no place in Football or society.

But my concerns lay on how many just normal fans will fall foul to this new legislation.

We don't want Yobbish behaviour or Racist chanting or pyrotechnics.

No we don't want grounds with no atmosphere. I also read an article in the Independent saying Police were basically

getting paid to get as many banning orders as possible even for Misdemeanours.

Football fans seem to be easy prey a bit like the driver. Not all football fans are Hooligans but they do have passion
and will this passion see fans being banned for a bit of profanity or banter how far will it go or will someone use common sense?
