I have just purchased a house in Braintree and I am in the middle of clearing it out to redo up and sell....I have alot of fittings which I am willing to give away or maybe you can add a few quid to the Zone Paypal button... The only thing is you would have to collect them.
The house is only ten years old so the fittings are not old and if it helps somebody else just starting out or whatever it would be nicer than me just ditching them

Lounge. Curtains, Wooden fire surround with Marble back and hearth + Gas fire.

Dining Room. A set of Patio doors approx 6x6 double glazed Brown metal.

Kitchen. A whole Oak kitchen, includes double oven, sink, taps, gas hob and hood.

Bathrooms. all of the 3 bathroom suites 3 sinks. 2 electric showers ..3 loo's, 1 Bath.

Flooring ...All the carpets and underlay in the house which are in very good condition, and are a Pale Green twist pile.

There is even a Boiler and tank if you want that +lots more curtains and blinds.

Let me know if you have any interest in any of the above items.

John I may be interested in having a look round see if I want anything.

Also the ground work in the back garden I have spoken to my site manager and he is going to report back to me tomorrow morning asap when we can get on site and get the ground leveled.
