There were problems with the ticketing system in the shop today, their whole internet connection went down. That's why people were having difficulty, we went in just before 1 and they couldn't do anything at all. Sometimes things are beyond their control.

Virgin Media is very good. It might cost them an extra £2 a Month, but worth it.
 
I mentioned it on the online ticketing thread but I would like to know why I was charged a £1 for carriage/postage for Millwall tickets when they weren't posted at all but just added onto my Season card? I know it's only £1 but do that for 1000 fans and the club has trousered £1000 from the fans. Can someone ask this question please?

It's hard for any fans to answer that, as we have found out with that mystery £5 charge for half season tickets. It will have to be from someone who should be in the know and is willing to answer all ticket enquiries/ballsups.............. danny.macklin@southend-united.co.uk......
