Not much left to play for in OD, though I will probably relegate my opponent if I beat him today. Would prefer to stay in 3rd (or even better 4th) to avoid playing the relegated team in Week One next season so may well throw it next week.

End of Over 17: 102-2, runrate=6.00
Zameer 4-0-17-0
Wanless* 18 (22 balls)
Sinethemba 49 (51 balls)

Young 4-0-18-0
Allan* 16 (17 balls)
Jefferson 48 (45 balls)
Last Wicket: Perry c. Immelman b. Mohau 26 (FOW: 53/1)

The benefits of our rather flukey draw yesterday immediately felt with new record gate receipts. You could knock £150-200k off that had we lost. I reckon that must be close to a sell up, with a member boost and what should be a decent season coming up I'm half tempted to go to 110,000!!

08/06/2012 Played a OD League match (7732206) and received £725,710 in gate receipts.

Game wise we've semi thrown against 2nd as we don't want to play the relegated sold up team straight off, though we seem to be making a game of it.

End of Over 13: 76-2, runrate=5.85, reqrunrate=6.05 (299-2)
Ghauri 2-1-5-0
Guneratne* 27 (33 balls)
Wanless 40 (32 balls)

Last Wicket: Sinethemba b. Thatcher 5 (FOW: 17/2)

End of Over 18: 129-1, runrate=7.17, reqrunrate=3.41 (237-3)
Grounds 4-0-29-0
Perry* 47 (46 balls)
Allan 35 (31 balls)
Last Wicket: Jefferson c. Grounds b. Koos 44 (FOW: 76/1)

should retain our 100% record

Unless you are desperately unlucky with a tough division and maybe one purchase you should be OK. I hope so as I'm using your squad a a barometer.

Well, let's hope so, as some of my better players are rather old. Arrowsmith and Lamacq need to step up a gear, and Ohalloran.

65 short of a 51k sellout. Expansion needed for next season where I'll be pushing for promotion and will be at least 2nd unlike 3rd today. Played bot and bearing in mind I had one 19yo bat trainee and one 18yo bowling trainee am pleased with masterful/masterful bat and double pheomenal bowl ratings. If I can get that one experienced bat to replace sold wonderful I'll win in a canter. Am hoping for 2 exceptional or betters 32-33 yo to get me through one maybe 2 seasons

Not a bad comeback from 87/5.

BIG B v Southend United

We can tell you that Southend United won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch is looking quite cracked! A field day for the seam bowlers I would reckon on this partially cloudy and humid day.

End of Over 50: 265-7, runrate=5.30
Field 10-0-37-4
Camilleri* 8 (3 balls)
Joost 107 (111 balls)
Last Wicket: Tierney c. Sutton b. Rao 0 (FOW: 255/7)

Probably McAndrew's last season, so hoping for a good knock from him

End of Over 23: 107-2, runrate=4.65, reqrunrate=3.52 (201-10)
Cantrell 2-0-11-0
Mcandrew* 10 (8 balls)
Allan 18 (27 balls)
Last Wicket: Jefferson b. Ramay 46 (FOW: 89/2)
