:off topic:I don't agree actually, otherwise how can other people see what a complete tosser people are being when they leave pointless or deliberately provocative
neg rep. Getting stuff that says "Happy Christmas" is nothing other than someone being a complete WUM. As it goes, I've said repeatedly that rep ought to go. People use it as a bullying device, if there was any rep at all then keep it simple so you should have the facility to approve or disprove something, similar to FB or the star system on 606 - comments not necessary.

I reported a comment made to me recently, which IMO was "deliberately provocative".My complaint wasn't even acknowledged and (as far as I know)nothing has been done about it.Personally I don't mind receiving "pointless" neg rep at all but I could do without the cowardly,snide comments which some people leave but don't have the courage to make on a public thread.
