You can alter the odds slightly in your favour if you study the characteristics of roulette tables. Errors in manufacturing, levelling and general wear and tear can make certain numbers/segments slightly more likely than others.

If you are interested read a book called 'The Newtonian Casino' which is the true story of a bunch of physicists who built small computers to help them break the bank at Las Vegas.

Worth a read then me thinks. I will stand at a casino and right down the numbers all night that come in on one table. I will hope they do not change the wheel over night or for a week and then I will go back to that table a week after my results of 1 weeks worth of spins 5 hours a night. then i will bet on the numbers that have come out the most. maybe the top 5-10 numbers.

I was in the bookies once with this fella. He was telling me about a certain afternoon in the week when the trainee's are on the roulette wheel. He was saying that because they are new they keep spinning a certain way and certain sections of the wheel keep coming up.

As a reslt people were betting large amounts of cash and winning. The management were continually having to tell the new croupiers to change style.

He reckons he goes down there quite a bit and wins.

Dont know how true that was.

I was down there once playing with a few friends on a busy table and my friend was just putting a few pounds on 0. After about a few spins it comes in and some moron decides he wants my mates money.
He is with about 5 friends all of which are hammered and looking for trouble. He is proper making a scene saying things like these gypo's are trying to steal my cash. Im wearing armani jeans do i look like a robber.

Any way all play was stopped for a camera inspection and most people were actually beleiving this prick.
Even my mate was saying just leave it and lets go etc.

There was no chance i was walking, so i took this muggy little gob ****es abuse for all of about 5 mins till the replay comes up the screen. The look on this blokes face was priceless when you see my pal lay the bet.

He got booted out and barred aswell as beeing proper booed by the table.
