Question Season Tickets - can fans buying new (not renewing) buy yet?

Has anyone else not recieved their email from the club confirming season ticket renewal AND unable to see it as a recent purchase in the ‘my account’ section online?? I renewed several weeks ago.

I have still have not recieved an email confirmation and I renewed at the beggining of April!!

I have called the commercial department a couple of times and just been told all season ticket seat information is being migrated to a new system and I will get an email confirmation when the migration is complete.

That said the migration must be complete by now because there is a post on the official website saying you can swap seats from today. Not sure how that works if they are still migrating systems?
 
I renewed mine in person weeks ago, and I have neither an email nor anything in 'my account'.

This is completely in line with what I expected, and the service that I get not only from SUFC, but also most utilities, the NHS, and just about every other organisation with which I have to deal.

Last year it was several weeks into the season before I got a season card. But SUFC are getting a new system I seem to recall - so I am expecting great things this year.

Renewed on 6th April, still not received anything here and can't see the transaction on the ticketing site. Anyone else had confirmation?
